Rules for your AI Tema account, connected channels and automation.
1. Using AI Tema
AI Tema is a gomvp.dev product for communication workflows, automated replies and lead collection. These terms cover the website, workspace and API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
You must have the capacity to enter the relevant agreements. When acting for an organization, you confirm your authority to use the service on its behalf. Service contact: hello@gomvp.dev.
2. Account and sign-in methods
One email corresponds to one AI Tema account, regardless of the sign-in method. We verify mailbox ownership before creating or linking credentials. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password and controlling access to connected accounts.
Connect only pages, numbers, bots and websites that you are authorized to manage. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us and revoke permissions on connected platforms.
3. Workflows, content and customer data
You choose workflow messages, conditions, actions and recipients and are responsible for their use. Review workflows before enabling them for a real audience. Available actions depend on the channel, permissions and platform rules.
You or the relevant rights holders retain rights to your materials and data. You authorize the processing needed to run your workflows and provide the service. Obtain required permissions and inform customers about data collection and automation.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful messaging, fraud, impersonation, collecting others’ credentials, spreading malware, infringing rights or circumventing connected-platform restrictions.
Do not interfere with other accounts, attempt unauthorized access or impose disruptive loads. Abuse, security threats or binding platform requirements may result in restrictions on the relevant connections or account.
5. Plans and paid services
Features and limits depend on the selected plan and are displayed in the workspace. If you choose a paid service, its price, term, renewal, cancellation and refund rules must be available before payment. Payment obligations arise after you accept the offered terms.
Plan changes are subject to advance notice where required by law or your purchased service terms. These terms do not authorize automatic charges without separate user consent.
6. Availability and responsibility
Integrations depend on Google, Meta, Telegram, communication providers and other external platforms. Their limits, API changes and outages may affect message delivery and workflows. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads or sales, or uninterrupted availability of external platforms.
You assess whether a workflow is suitable for your business and keep necessary copies of your materials. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove mandatory user rights.
7. Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using the service and disconnect channels. Request account and related-data deletion at hello@gomvp.dev from your account email. Processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
You can first contact us to resolve a dispute. These terms do not remove mandatory protections under applicable law. Material changes will be published with the required notice.
